Dehradun to Sankri

Drive: 210 km, 8-9 hours | Altitude: 6,400 ft

Start early morning from Dehradun. Drive through Mussoorie, Kempty Falls, and Purola. Enjoy scenic views of the Yamuna and Tons rivers. Reach Sankri village by evening. Overnight stay in guesthouse/hotel.

Sankri to Juda Ka Talab

Trek: 4 km, 4-5 hours | Altitude: 9,100 ft

After breakfast, drive to Taluka (30 mins). Begin trek through pine forests and snow trails. Reach the beautiful Juda Ka Talab (frozen lake) campsite. Evening acclimatization walk and overnight camping.

Juda Ka Talab to Kedarkantha Base Camp

Trek: 4 km, 3-4 hours | Altitude: 11,250 ft

Trek through snow-covered meadows with stunning views of surrounding peaks. Reach Kedarkantha base camp. Rest of the day for acclimatization and summit preparations. Early dinner and briefing for summit day.

Kedarkantha Base to Summit to Hargaon Camp

Trek: 6 km, 7-8 hours | Max Altitude: 12,500 ft

Start early (3-4 AM) for summit. Steep climb through snow. Reach summit by sunrise for breathtaking 360Β° views of Himalayan peaks. Descend to base camp for breakfast, then continue to Hargaon camp. Overnight camping.

Hargaon Camp to Sankri

Trek: 6 km, 4-5 hours | Altitude: 6,400 ft

Descend through pine forests and snow trails back to Sankri village. Celebrate the successful summit with the team. Overnight stay in guesthouse. Leisure time to explore Sankri village.

Sankri to Dehradun

Drive: 210 km, 8-9 hours

After breakfast, drive back to Dehradun. Reach by evening with wonderful memories of the Kedarkantha trek. Trip ends.
